The ability to administer Moves, Adds and Changes in real-time is critical in lowering the total cost of ownership of any technology platform. It is here that ClearIP delivers with a web portal that provides a real-time view of the user resource across the system and executes Moves, Adds and Changes [MAC’s].

Scalability

Clear IP features strong positive and negative scalability. This enables companies to flex their workforce without having to commit to a certain capacity in advance. This strong linearity ensures that users only pay for services as they consume them.

Hosted Billing Engine

The Clear IP billing engine offers capability to manage customer billing for all Clear IP services, as well as peripheral Reseller charges, such as maintenance contracts. Reports are fully customisable and can be re-branded by the Reseller. Full management information and audit trails are available including area reports, sales commission reports, accounts receivable reports etc.

CPE Fulfilment

There will always be an element of end user hardware, including edge devices [such as routers, firewalls etc], switches and phones. Broadly speaking, the Clear IP policy is to leave this margin opportunity to the Reseller. IP handsets can be provisioned through an external fulfilment house to provide MAC address management and to simplify the administrative overhead and reduce capital outlay for the Reseller.
